The IPO will include both fresh issues and stake sales from Tata Sons.

  1. HDB Financial Services

HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, is bracing up to raise up to ₹12,500 through its upcoming IPO. It includes a fresh equity issuance of ₹2,500 crore and ₹10,000 crore through an offer for sale by HDFC Bank.

In a strategic move, Japan’s Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is set to acquire a 20% stake in HDB Financial Services. The company will be valued between $9 billion and $12 billion for the IPO.

  1. Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd (AVTL)

Aegis Vopak Terminals is a joint venture between Aegis Logistics and the Dutch firm Vopak. The organization has already received approval from the SEBI to launch a ₹3,500 crore IPO. The company will be using the raised funds to repay its debts and acquire an LPG terminal in Mangalore.

AVTL has storage terminals across seven Indian ports and aims to strengthen the economic growth of the country.

  1. Zepto

Zepto, the quick-commerce startup, is gearing up for an IPO, potentially in July 2025.

Also, the company is in talks to sell up to $250 million in shares to increase Indian ownership ahead of the IPO. Zepto plans to double its store count to 700 by March 2025, further strengthening its position in the competitive quick-commerce market.

  1. Reliance Jio

Reliance Jio, the telecom arm of Reliance Industries, is expected to launch its IPO in the second or third quarter of 2025. The company is bracing up to raise a massive ₹40,000 crore, with a valuation target exceeding ₹10 lakh crore. Potentially, this will be the largest IPO of India to date.

With a subscriber base of 479 million and its dominance in 5G services, the Reliance Jio IPO is highly anticipated by investors.
